Rooted in Ancient Wisdom. Honoring Sovereign Bodies. A Medicine of Belonging.
Purpose
I am here to inspire, educate and provide care for women and those who identify as women, intersex, and gender expansive people to discover the best, most effective treatment options possible for their unique bodies and life phases.
Mission
Rooted in integrity, honesty, and courage, my mission is to improve healthcare outcomes for fertility, pregnancy, and menopause by offering solutions that are not only evidence based and clinically effective, but also deeply honoring of your inner wisdom and lived experience. This is a space to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm—cyclical, elemental, and deeply wise.
Grounded in the Nourishing Life Tradition 養生 yǎng shēng, my work invites you into healing that integrates Chinese medicine, depth psychology, and embodied dreamwork. I believe personal healing can ripple outward, contributing to a world that is more just, kind, and vibrant.
I am committed to equitable care for all bodies—especially those of BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and differently abled communities—and I hold space for your voice in an informed, ongoing dialogue that empowers you with joy, confidence and clarity at every step.

The Lotus Effect
Have you ever seen a lotus leaf after a rainstorm? Often it will look like jewels of water are resting on the leaves. These “jewels”, or droplets of water, pick-up particles of dirt as they roll over the surface of the leaf, cleansing the leaf so that it can maintain its powerful process of photosynthesis, converting the sunlight into the energy it needs to thrive.
This is known as the Lotus Effect, and is how we envision our work with our patients, helping each person to turn obstacles into opportunities and nourish their destiny.
“I have noticed that people are dealing too much with the negative, with what is wrong. They do not touch enough on what is not wrong. . . . Why not try the other way, to look into the patient and to see positive things, to just touch those things and make them bloom?” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

Land Acknowledgement
We humbly acknowledge we are gathered upon and occupy the ancestral and treaty lands of the Coast Salish People. This land has shown us the gift of community, connection, and reverence. May we continue to seek guidance from the elders and land-keepers who have been nurturing the biodiversity of this region for countless generations. We thank them for their stewardship of this land. We hope to be good guests.
